Carpet Cleaner/Extractor
« on: April 26, 2006, 09:12:58 AM »
Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question.....has anyone here had any experience purchasing a carpet extractor/steam cleaner?

I am not interested in a bissel pro heat, hoover rug cleaner, etc in the 100 to 200 dollar range.

I am looking for a wand type extractor such as the "stanley steamer" folks use but not truck mounted.

Any thoughts?  From what I have seen they run from 800 to 1500+ dollars....

Regards

only rug cleaners I know are about 5'7" 125 pounds and often blonde multi-tasking units (they also cook and do dishes)

When did they start doing dishes?  Man, time to upgrade...

You're using this for commercial use I take it?  If not, get interested in that bissel! Those things'll clean up anything!

We sell Little Green machines and Spot Bots.  I'm not sure how well they work but I haven't had either of them returned.  For commercial use skip it, definately for smaller stains.

Went with a commercial extractor.......in 2 or 3 cleanings it has paid for itself.
