There's going to be a spinoff series called Caprica. It will be a prequel to BSG.

It'll take place 50 years before BSG on Caprica and will chronicle the story of two large families, the Adamas and the Graystones, and will be about the origin of the Cylons.

Dallas with flying cars, awesome. To paraphrase a poster on slashdot, I'd watch 'The Phone Book' if Ron Moore produced it.
