Hmmmmm, I kinda wonder that yer connect might not be as broadband as you might think. I seem to remember the days when someone would be up flying while downloading something on their computer at the same time. If I remember rightly we'd see all kinds of warps and other strange things happening until they completed their dl. I may be wrong but this makes me wonder that 2 people using the same isp path/information link to play the same game at the same time might be causing lags and warping? There is a lot of data that has to make it from for you home base to the server and back and you double it when both are on. Maybe sometimes it's fine (depending on path/usage) yet others it can cause problems. Skuzzy might be able to provide more info on the subject than I can.

I have the same problems, lag and packet loss. and bad delays when i end flight or click on tower or hanger. I usually have a very steady connect but the last few days have been bad

Naw, lag is when you shoot a guy up and continue to fly for another 45 minutes then rtb. On turning short final you get, "you have shot down XXXX". Now that's lag!

I contacted Skuzzy about my problem & he suggested a couple things to try ( I have random crashes now, didn't prior to the server move ) I'm not sure if they are fixed now or not, only time will tell. But my point is this; I'm thinking if you were online during the move ( I was ) there was some data corruption in the game files. I've been seriously considering deleting & re-installing AH if what Skuzzy suggested fixes my crashes ( he had me delete cache,skins & settings folders ), because then I'll be wondering what else might have been corrupted that I don't know about ( yet )

I had teh most extreme case of lag I've EVER come across...

Was RTBing in wounded f4u-1 being chased by a Ki-84. Gradually extended to 4.5 k...kept checking rear view, gradually fell back.

As approached base, wanted to see what auto level would do with 1/2 R wing gone, so quickly checked my 6 and saw con 4.5 back.
Looked forward...heard pings and lost rest of wing. The Ki had suddenly appeard at D400.

He was only con on radar, later confirmed with Ki that he was only one there. He saw me waroping all over, and i saw him doing same; we both had absolutely flat net status rigth after.

Never seen 4K warp before!

WHOA

My connection today is BONKERS!!!

Jumping from 12 hops to 15 hops and continually changing the address of all the hops from number 4 on??????

Seeing packets loss fluctuate upwards of 20% then clear then more. Seems to be doing it every ping? It is doing this while I'm surfing the net or while I fly in AH.

Noticed it while surfing the net and contacted my ISP.

We removed and reinstall TCP/IP and the modem drivers. This seems to have helped my machine steady down but connect still doing what it was.
