Its called a "Fidicomo" (check spelling-) and it is offerred by an Americn Title company. My Father is a Real Estate Broker in CA. and he owns 2 lots in San Felipe Mexico. San Felipe is an old fishing/shrimping town and is well on its way to becoming the next big tourist development. The Golf course is almost completed , as is the Internationl Airport

I just had a vacation to Puerto Vallarta, and their are many Americans and Canadians employed and living in Mexico. Resort jobs, Time Share Jobs, And now- Real Estate jobs. :D

My Father will be retiring to one of his lots, and the other will be a rental income property. The Fidicomo is a land trust, that has a fifty year term, and an automatic renewing. It exists- go ahead and look it up;)
