Ladies and Gentlemen,
Due to the problem with the last frame I am sending
out a reminder to the responsibilities of
C.O.'s and X.O.'s concering their being a Frame
C.O. This rule, in the FSO Rules located here:
http://www.ahevents.org/site/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=95&Itemid=121It clearly states:
- Frame C.O.'s are expected to have thier orders out
by Wednesday night at the latest. Orders sent out
after Wednesday will be considered late. Squads who
are chronically late with orders will be warned or
they may be removed from Friday Squad Operations.
Due to the problem in the last three tours
of FSO, we have been forced to implement a tougher
policy towards late orders. If you or your XO can't
get the orders out by Wenesday Night you are expected
to find a replacement CO/XO, OR someone to pass out
the orders for you before Wenesday Night. If not then
you can expect your squad to be warned. If it happens
a second time or you or your XO make no attempt at all to
find a replacement you and your squad will be removed
from Friday Squads Operations.
As Squad CO's you are the backbone of this event,
without you, this event could not function. That is
why we have to take these measures. With Friday Nights
having 240+ players, your job is just as important as
the CM's insuring that we all can have a good time.
