Saw the movie last week, am not surpised it wasn't discussed here as it isn't a "Gun ho harr!" kind of movie... I liked it, and it helped me understand why Jackal seem to have a left numb arm 
I rented it yesterday from movielink.com $4.50 for 24 hrs, outstanding quality... it did take about 30min before it started playing.
BTW if you set the date back 1 day in Windows, it loses count of the 24hr period.. lmao
