Downloaded and my computer cant open it...its says its a RAR file? any tips

You need to download WinRar. It's a utility similar to WinZip. Fruda and some others used it in the past for sound downloads and such.

Yeah, you need WinRAR. It's free (not for advanced "professional" use, though you have no need for that).
