Swordfish flight on Ebay
« on: May 18, 2006, 02:13:34 PM »
Found this on a pilot forum elsewhere.  Bid on a flight in the Royal Navy's Swordfish based at RNAS Yeovilton.  Good to see things like this in support of a worthy cause.

(edit) Forum not liking the link at all.  copy paste the following and stick an http in front. (/edit)

Did you look at the rest of their auctions?

Tea & spoon bending session with Uri Geller. The bid so far is almost double that of the Swordfish ride.

Tickets to David & Victoria Beckham's ball... over 100,000 pounds....

They have some very cool stuff up there... but the internships... that throws me off. Why pay to work an unpaid job? If you can afford it, you probably have a much better job elsewhere :rofl
