What's scary is this guy influences millions of votes.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

"If I heard the Lord right about 2006, the coasts of America will be lashed by storms," Robertson said May 8. On Wednesday, he added, "There well may be something as bad as a tsunami in the Pacific Northwest."

I predict, this year in the O'Club, that there will be:

* Posts about gun control
* Euro-bashing threads
* Ameri-bashing threads
* Nuke Iran threads
* Jokes about sheep (probably involving FDBs)
* A thread picking on Christians
* A thread picking on Atheists
* Some threads that we'll never know what they contain since the MPs caught it first

Now give me your mon.... donations... and vote for who I tell you to.

Here's another freebie...

I wonder if he got any "contributions" from insurance companies specializing in flood insurance to make the predictions.  Some people are just nuts.

I guess that nap carried on to the '90s since that is when he made his attempt.

Journal Entry, February 24, 1988:  "Robertson, after a disappointing New Hampshire, came back with second place in both Minnesota and South Dakota at 20% for S.D. and 28% in Minn.  George Bush seems to be unpopular in the midwest."  Dole won in both those states...

Robertson is a supporter of the Republican Party and campaigned to become the party's candidate in the 1988 presidential election.

The right wingers have Pat and the left wingers have Teddy. I'm really not sure which is worse...(Although I'm pretty sure Teddy is worse since he's got a senate seat.)

Hap, I'm not a big Buchoy fan, but I will make you an offer. I'll send you  "The Death of Right and Wrong" and you send me "Where the right went wrong" and agree to read each others book and you  got a deal. :)

Whats even worse than that, his university (cbn) and all his empire is about 5 miles from my apartment.

Even scaryer than that is how much infulence he and his followers actually have in the country that we don't even know about.
