ok, i feel real dumb for askin this, on some posts/replies it says "see rule #XX". im assuming that its when someone says something that they're not supposed to say. where do i find these rules?

And then somebody would post regarding my actions.

I guess I should get my second cup of coffee, I know my brains still half asleep.
And to top it off, whatever percentage of my brain I do use is located in the half that's snoozing.
