Shudder sounds like MGs to me....
« on: May 29, 2006, 01:30:18 PM »
What sound file is used for shudder (during stall)? Currently the damn shudder is so loud, it sounds like MGs firing and pretty much masks the stall alert (clicker) sound that I have.........any ideas? My previous stall alert was a blaring horn which pretty much masked everything....engines and all...LOL
I use custom sounds, just recently downloaded waffles sound packs, but dont want to replace all my files with his....just a few, like the stall warning....etc.

Thanks in advance!:aok :aok

I just turn mine off. After a while you tune it right out anyway.

My big problem was the leading edge slat sound, sounded just like taking hits. Had to turn that off before I went insane.
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

Its called 'buffet' if you wish to replace the default sound. I replaced mine with a custom sound.

However, have you tried adjusting the sound in game. On the clipboard its listed as 'Stall Buffet'...
