Creative SB X-Fi sound card problems with vox!!
I have a HP
AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
994 MHz, 1.50 GB of RAM
I installed a Radeon X1300 video card.  Working fine.  However the sound card is messed up.  What I know, is that I uninstalled it and all the junk that I originally installed from the disk.  Then, I took out the card and put in back in and only installed the drivers from the disk.  I also downloaded updated drivers from the Creative web site.  In my Bios page the mother board is disabled. In Dive Manager under sound, video etc.. This is what is listed: Audio codecs, Creative SB X-Fi, Hauppauge WinTv PVR PCI II, Legacy Audio Driver, Legacy Video Capture Devices, Media Control Devices, and Video Codecs and in that order.  I get no vox during game, however in windows I can record and play back on my headset. Sometimes I do have vox but it is in and out and no one can really understand me.  My volume controls are set, Silat helped me with that.  I have wireless connection and usually on low signal strength,  however my frame rate is always above 60.  So my question is what is the problem and should I just get rid of the card and use the mother board Sound Card?  Please any input would help, about to get rid of this new computer!!
