Never once do the rules say you cannot disagree with HiTech's decisions or complain about thier product.

What the rules DO say is that when doing so, you must show a modicum of decent common curteousy, not only to the HTC staff, but to other board members as well.
There are plenty of complaints and arguments about things done to and in AH that are not censured. It's not WHAT you say, it's HOW you say it.
