The new mission planer has a bug in fuel and ammo selection. No matter how much fuel you select in the planer, when you launch mission you only get 25%.
We got really pi$$ed last night when we launched a Me-163 mission to intercept a HQ raid.
TWELVE GUYS launched only to run out of fuel right after take off.
Half of us just bailed and got another 163 (with fuel this time), to make it in time to the bombers.
Those planes are not free and people don't like to lose perks for something that was changed and nobody bothered to check if it works.

This bug was a known bug, posted in the readme for the beta. Why is still there two patches later?
As it is now the mission planner is usable only for long range aircraft, if you are lucky to get the weapons you asked for in the planer.
