For the last 6 or 8 weeks it seems I've been getting ALOT of discos.
I've run ping plotter and it seems i'm getting alot of packet loss at hop 1 would this be my pc or maybe the Router?(I have comcast cable) I'm kinda new at this  route tracing stuff:(

Wojo if you have packett loss at the first Hop I'd contact my Cable Provider.
First hop is your Gateway to the internet and your stumbling out of the blocks.

Call your cable provider and let them know your ping rate at the first Hop.
Should be in the very low teens without packett loss.

Depends on his setup.  My hop 1 is my router.  It always shows that way, but its supposed to.
