Two things I have noticed since 2.08:
The Clipboard size seems to keep re-defaulting to a small size, if I resize during a sortie, it stays the size but as soon as I get shot down or tower out, it goes back to a small size.
The keymaps for Weapons select (global) don't seem to work reliably. I'll have the secondary weapons select mapped to backspace, and it won't work so I go in and remap it to primary weapon select and it works about 50% of the time.

The X52 mapping was a nightmare for me, until I realized that I had screwed up my SST profile all by myself. Reloaded, remapped the keys, mapped the throttle and I was off and running.
