Sidewinder Precision 2 Joystick Map

I'm unable to get any changes in the button map recognized.  The changes show up on the map listing as the new configuration, but the buttons respond as if they are stuck in the default mode.:furious

The problem is that AH has the controller input map mislabeled.  They have it going from 0-7 instead of 1-8.  Works ok when you do the shift.
