I just started my 2 week trial and was trying to check out a few films that have been posted on this board. Every time I try to view one the viewer crashes.. In fact I can't even open up the viewer.

Are there any know fixes for this problem or any alternative viewers?

My film viewer also will not work , Winxp wants me to send a report to Microsoft each time :(
