I saw a news story on that "new utopia".  Was pretty hilarious.  Its not necessarily a scam... just an investment in something that will never get off the ground.

BTW, they did a story on the "Freedom Ship" on a cruise ship TV documentery. They said it was canceled, because it would cost too much. But this sucker was a PLANNED ship.

ahh fatty, thanks for clearing that up. the site makes *much* more sence with that little bit of info. in that case, the site was very well done. and after re reading the site with that info, its clear whats up.

There is an actual cruise ship under construction which will allow you to buy a room to live in permanently.  It's not nearly the scale of the Freedom Ship, but it proves there is a market for this kind of thing.
