If the major players over here are right and the bottom was finally reached yesterday im set to make a small fortune over the next couple of days. I have seldom read that all the analysts say the same thing at the same time including the usual pessimists.

The OBX index opens in 50 minutes at 342,12 points. At the peak on may 11th it was over 400.

I am spread out pretty good between oil and shipping plus one tech stock.

Asia is up so i think they were correct. I now predict up across the globe from asia to europe and US.

My stocks are up 5,9% in 26 minutes of trading, and a total of 8,29% since yesterdays heavy purchase of PDR

Thats what i said until may 11th.. then I started doing the real deal. Your first deal is nervewrecking but then it gets easyer. Just mak sure you dont forget that its real money you are loosing/making. Its no longer just numbers on a screen that you can walk away from.

The day I started was the peak... the market has gone down quickly ever since then and until now.

no kidding -

I placed some orders prior to open - over 20 mins after open still "pending". They were set to execute at market value too....lol

Now I'm scared to see what I've lost

nm- just kicked one through -25 mins after open..lol

so much for this snipe trade...no way to make a few quick bucks on a quick shift in price

I am playing, although I used a "shades" account initially to protect my anonymity in case I tanked....but frankly...bah...who cares, it's just a game. I'm not a trader...I'm a bean counter. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Anybody else wishing they had Meatwad's portfolio right now?

I took a gamble and sank alot into stocks that were at 52wk lows. I don't think they can go much lower. Hopefully by this afternoon, or in a few days, it'll pay off.

I am in the real market Curval. When summer is over I plan to carefully enter the US market too so I will play the game abit before then. Right now im full up with enjoying my holiday and focusing on the Oslo exchange.

This is how my main stock has fared today. I bought yesterday at 2.40

I just bought some just after they dropped sharply this morning, so maybe here in a few days they should jump up some and I make a profit. Im still trying to figure this stuff out.

The more you get, does that give you more equity to buy on? Is it good to buy on equity?

My 49 Transactions were mostly from day 1, I keep going back and forth between 30th-25th though.
