No, you're right... This is definitely an respectable neighborhood. The cops are private security, the two young gentlemen have the day off from private school to finish their AP Bio projects, and the 'for rent' sign refers to the learjet parked just out of sight, to the left of the frame. The quad is a gift from their rich jewish uncle, and I bet there isn't a dimebag or crack pipe within miles.
Maybe 'ghetto' is too strong a word. How about, a 'place where I would leave as soon as I scored me my dank.'
