Lately I have had no luck with the in-game auto-updater. On the larger uploads, it will lock up part way through the download. If I restart and continue the download, the file will be corupt.
The last patch was small. I downloaded, and I ran it. When I try to start the game, I get a box that says "aceshigh.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "
If a link to the patch is posted, a manual download works fine. If there isn't a link, I have to download the full file and re-install.
Any ideas on what could be the problem, AV, firewall ? I have never had any problems with the auto-uploader until now.
Suggestion, please post the links to the update files.
