the 47d-25 seems to react badly in the vert all of a sudden. lets say you're flying straight, plenty of e, then you pull back on the stick with a steady hand, once the plane starts going past a 70 degree anlge from the ground it snapstalls very easily. i dont know if it IS engine torque or anything but it doesnt feel like it should be doing that.
it feels as though the flight model just changes completely as soon as you go past 70 deg. i dont know, i could just be reacting weirdly to it, but it just doesnt feel right. completely clean 47d-25 no ord, 50% fuel, it's happened several times.
another feature of the snapstall is that it stops elevator authority, so once you enter this upward spiral there is no way out, you cant recover, until you get to 0 airspeed, where you can dive back down. it really doesnt feel like it should do that. if it isnt a bug then the FM is a little weird:(
like i said, im not entirely sure, but is there any chance someone else can take a look? im not sure about other models, but it's definitely there on the 25. ty HTC:aok
