It's already there, just hidden. It has a -500K ENY, and it costs 2.5 million perk points. Skuzzy flies it. His K/D ratio in it is infinity/0. You don't see it on the list because you don't have the required 5 million perks (you need double the perks just to see it), and because it has a cloaking device. My question is: "How about the steep lessening of recruiting standards to the point where, just by the law of fricken averages, you're going to get more quality men by drafting everyone, rather than the current cherry picking of the absolute lowest rungs?
