I saw a sign while driving on freeway, but didn't catch location. Anyone has more info on this?

it is hold in NAPA Fairgrounds on 24th and 25th of this month.

i imagine there wouldnt be much to look at considering CA has bans against all the neat toys... then again, i could be wrong..
