I was rolling a tank to P-33 and was flipped over at P-33 around the barracks where there was only a bomb crater in between the barracks.  At first I was stopped completely and when I tried to reverse, I was flipped.  No nothing had been regenerated but I was upside down.

The shape of the barracks doesn't change after they explode, so those one or two huts in the middle that vanish and turn into the crater are "still there."
