AMD Dual Core CPU Users, Please read

AMD has released a potential fix for the dual-core CPU's running with Windows XP.  Those of you running a dual-core AMD CPU have had to resort to disabling one of hte cores, or setting the game to run in Windows 98/ME compatibility mode.

Please read this thread and if you chose to try it, post there as to your results.  Thank you.

This patch fixes the "spinning" clipboard issue.
