Used to. Now I'm stuck at the college scene with crappy club 420's and club FJ's. Occasionally I'll head out to a laser regatta.

I sail a Laser too! Just bought a new one after the CRESSYs, i think they are spelled. And 420s arent that bad. At least not ours!

The quote is from a movie called a "Dead Man's Shoes." I haven't actually seen it, because it's not available in the US through any means.

The NDM are my squad that I currently don't have the money to be a part of. Working this summer hasn't gone quite as I've planned.

No idea what the Cressy's are. However, I really dislike 420's. For sailboats, the more unstable the boat becomes, the faster it is. That's not true with the 420. It's rather unstable, but slower then a brick in the water.

And the CRESSYs, ( I think thats how you spell it ) is the National College Laser Sailing, where all the laser sailors spend $8,000 on a brand new boat, ship it to hawaii, sail it twice, and sell it w/ trailer, rigging and sail, for only $4,000. Thats when all of us who are smart buy a pretty much brand new laser for half price!

I figured as much, but wasn't exactly sure. A while ago, I picked up a Laser 2 from the Laser 2 Nationals for about 3/4 the original price.

But no, I don't have the money to pay for AH2 right now. All the spare change I have is going into being a crew for a Soling and Star in annapolis.
