Hi
I’m happy new CH FighterStick owner

Oh boy this stick feels so smooth and precise after my old well served warhorse, Saitek X36usb stick.
Some problems
I had difficulties to reach to the POV-hat due my small hands. I made a 1.7cm thick padding from hard closed cell foam. It fits perfectly to the stick and stays on it’s place without glue or tape. The grooves are for ventilation and extra friction.
Other thing which was battering me was the inability to use shift function for the Saitek X35T throttle, because shift button is in X36 stick. So, I made a ~80cm extension wire with small switch on one end and on other end a male RJ- connector. Opened the X36 stick and solder the female RJ-connector to the shift switch solder taps. Placed old stick under the desk and plug the extension wire in to it.
I taped the new shift-switch under/left the FighterStick trigger, where I can operate it with my middle finger first joint.

Now everything works nicely
