Repo's are not a good idea for reliable transportation unless you are comfortable working on them. Quite a few folks who realize they can't pay for the vehicle also can't pay to maintain it and figure why spend $ when it will get hooked anyhow. I've seen some I wouldn't use for a doghouse much less transportation. Expect them to be trashed and you'll be right more often that you'll be wrong.

Besides a young person should be thinking how to save money and use a small car, not a SUV. :p
