I found that through level 6 95% of my opponents were easy meat. At level 4 I was taking down level 6 opponents with ease. Only every so often do I find a level 5 or 6 person that puts up a real fight.

Level 7 is different.

There's a few easy fights. Lots of close ones and draws. A few hand me my prettythang without even trying.

Conclusion, level 7 must be where the hardcore equipment becomes more common.

Search the city to find food, cash, cans (trade for cash), and kick some homeless butt.

Oh yeah, don't forget that anything you do to 'level up you hobo' (schooling, training, and battles) will cost you 'tired.' I think you get like 5 tired every 15min or something.

Looks like it has something to do with the shopping cart racing thing. You can trade em for cash too, but you have to be lvl 15 to get into the cart area and token mart.
