ARRGHHHH my system control (WIN98) is gone

Hyas guys .. for some reason in my control panel the system manager (hardware and sheit) is gone .. now i can't:

a) change my virtual memory which i set to 0 to defrag the disk

b) change my hardware stuff

Who can help me ??

Right click on "My PC"

select "Properties" (or whatever is called in austrian, or english...I have mine on spanish  ;))

aaaaaaaand there ya go   :)
