My favorite TV shows of all time, in order.  Some still running, most not:

1.  Coupling (BBC version of course)
2.  Seinfeld
3.  Reno 911
4.  Friends
5.  The Office (American version here...  Saw it first, got into the Ami characters first).

Wow it's amazing how many of us watch the same shows:

1.  BSG
2.  Rescue Me
3.  4400
4.  Sopranos
5.  Nip/Tuck

That's about the order of all the shows I watch regularly or should say used to watch before my job took over my life.

I visited Robin's Nest in March.
It was quite run down, maybe available at a decent price & only about 20 minutes from Honolulu.

The White Shadow was a good show

I think "rundown" in the Honolulu area with beach access runs around 5 Mill.

Has anybody mentioned The Rockford Files?

No foolin' indeed.
The guest house was boarded up & on the other side of the street was a trailer park.
Maybe still a lot of $$$, though.
Should be, it's historic.
I found the place that sold the "Jungle Bird, Red" shirt to the show, they still stock it...

near waimanalo beach park is the location
