Another F-86 down with it's pilot

Tragic news for the family and the warbird community.  Sounds like this F-86's brakes locked up at high speed on the runway during take-off.

Is it me or does it seem like the vintage warbirds crashes are on the rise lately?  Yeah I know, there are more of them in the air than ever before and the law of averages does come into play but damn, it seems like there's 2 or 3 a month lately.  This sucks.

It's the airshow season so there are more flying right now. More exposure = more risk.
