Rebooting the arena is easy. It basically happens every time the map changes. Adding skins is pretty darned simple. However, it *would* be nice if they were added tomorrow.
One thing though, just because the month ends, the tour doesn't. it goes by billing cycle, not calendar (I believe) -- so this tour extends into next week a bit.
EDIT: I got that in my head somehow, I seem to recall that the tour end and the month end do not coincide... now that I think more I can't be sure I'm right.
