Yes we reserved this back in March: A friend of hers was getting married at the Mountain Springs Resort in Leavenworth, WA (a barvarian-style village) so we reserved the last cabin they had. I had a chance to prepare (peacefully) for my upcoming PMP exam without distraction of children and it was very nice. The price per night was outrageous, but they spoil you rotten at this resort.

Nirvan, as for the groping pic...well, its a long story but I'll make it a readers digest version: Since I was 16, there is always a pic in a family members roll of film of me grabbing myself (as to spoil the picture, the jester in me...) This time, I grabbed the bear to make the wife laugh. That's my job, to make her laugh. :)

As for the town of Leavenworth, 14 miles away, its a quaint little Barvarian/German style village. Great food, good beer, and your credit card tends to gravitate out of your wallet while visiting:

Glad to see some get away for a long weekend.   My wife an I went to Toronto in April for the first time in 4 years.  Ian will will be 5 on Sept. 8th and that trip in April was the first we have ever been away from him for longer than a day.   While I missed that little rugrat like mad, we needed it.
