just wanted to mention I am going to be there on Saturday the 29th for the day.

I know there are regular fellow AH'ers that go, CAF guys, and KOOL and the gang ;)

anyway PM me if you want to try and hook up some time. I am going to be there with my buddy, 2 of his kids, and his parents at least maybe more of his family, so I will not have the whole day free. we plan on setting up fro the air show around 1PM maybe a bit earlier to get some good seats.

see you there!!!

Once again, I have to skip it this year. I've got minor issues with my health (headaches) that should be resolved soon, and when I get back on my feet, it's back to work, I have a race car I have to make a lot faster.

If you saw BOOT last year, he'll be there again this year, and some of the rest of the 327th will be there at times. BOOT has his restored 1942 military ambulance up there this year, check it out.

Sorry I missed your message.  Crash, Grimm and I were in Oshkosh on Saturday before it started and stayed the week.

It was a great show.  I took a walk threw the Lancaster.  I was surprised how tight things were it that huge plane.  I enjoy seeing the aircraft we fly on AH.

Yes, I understand what your saying.  This event swamps the entire area.   But you are lucky to be so close to an event like this if you like aircraft :)  The best part of the week is seeing many of the aircraft we fly here up close, and in the air.  It also brings in many of the living legonds of avation.  Take advantage of it while they are still around.

Oshkosh was amazing once again.   Its the best vacation of the year for me.  9 days of soaking sun and aviation.

Sorry I didnt see any of you guys.   I did hit up the reinactors hoping to find boot,  but didnt see him.
