Yeah, its only a few seconds...but if you've been booted out of the game, its frustrated to re-launch the program then pause and wait for the Main Menu thingy to appear.

Or at least make that an option.  

Just gimme the menu...now!

By the time the menu is flying in, everythin that needs to be loaded is already loaded.
