I could almost understand going after all the strays, but having the authorities go after dogs on leashes being walked, in peoples yards at night?!?!?!

considering the ammount of dog lovers in here it is probably a topic they don't want to discuss...

that and the thread title makes most go BLEAAACH!!! and not read the thread... (peta lol)
