How long will vehicle supplies last from the time they are dropped?

I think 15 minutes normal conditions...unless the supply crates are destroyed first by a bomb or another gv or soft gun emplacement.  Also, the supplies can be used (often as a denial tactic) by any opponent gvs within the 800 foot effective supply distance.
