I managed to stick a landing once where I ended up literally dangling over the edge of the CV. But I WAS on the CV.

They gave me a ditch. :p
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Ive done that. You put tailhook down and roll backwards off the deck and you'll end up hanging there.

Last frame in Op: Downfall we were landing B24's on a CV.  Had a right side engine gone as well as right side gear.  Fear of blowing up on landing without gear so gear down landing, chop throttle and.......slid allll the way down the CV.  Then I got shot off the end and died.  Filth has the video, I could probably grab a screeny.

I was trying to land a Spitfire in a field when it randomly tipped forwards and got stuck like that, with the front of the plane in the ground.

Also, in a Lancaster, trying to land in a field after going too fast ripped off my ailerons and landing gear, and broke my engines. I was ruddering to try to lose speed, and using my flaps to stay level, and would have made it if I had a little more height, instead I smashed into some trees :(

this was the result of flying a 262 between 2 trees... I limped it back 2 sectors for a high speed landing.
My password at work had to contain exactly 8 characters… I chose Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Well, more of a "How did I make it home to land in the first place", but...

Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

LOL Guppy .. and others.

Nice pix :)

Coupla best landings I have ever done .. B-25 sideways onto a CV in DosAW long ago .. for laffs.

Over A-land ETO one evenin ..in a P-38 ..made a pass thru a furball pulled up an out .. got a ping ..elevator stuck! .. managed to fly it back to C-land and land it usin power, flaps, rolling, and rudder.
Was a blast of a challenge :)

LOL Guppy.  I like how you have you the nosegear panel open, but there's no nosegear.  They need to redesign it so that your nosegear deploys from the canopy.
