I think he meant kick* but that looks really really bad dont it?

This sounds like a Falcon 4 Allied Force concept and it really is the best battlefield operations game going. You cant vultch from ten miles though because the ground reflections confuse the electronics but if you think bnz in AH is boring then the 8 versus 8 versus 8 versus 8 dogfight servers are for you! Never a moment to draw a breathe so you can never find the time to even consider getting bored even in a guns only scenario.

CBUs are the best! :aok
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

Air Warrior had a Korean War theater.  In my opinion:

It was dull.  Doing a 360 degree turn takes very long.  Ranges to target are very long.  Basically, everything is chasing around little dots and then having a slow-motion dogfight at extreme range.

Also, I wasn't the only one who thought it was dull -- as already mentioned, no one used the Korean War theater in Air Warrior.  It just wasn't nearly as much fun as WWII.

More-modern jets would be even worse.

The golden age of combat -- best possible mix of plane performance and dogfighting -- is, in my opinion, WWII.

Rather than any effort at other periods, I'd rather just see the effort put into the WWII aspect.

Well, true, no one ever used the Korean War Theatre...  But, then again, what did it have over the WW2 theatres?  2 planes?  Get out some super corsairs, bearcats, etc. etc. and you might see some more interest...

I'm all for WW2 being done to completion first (all planes possible, etc., etc.,) and will probably always favor the arena...  But it WOULD be nice to have a "last days of the prop" arena too, with maybe the F86 etc. perked.

Jets are boring.
WWI might be interesting though.
Mosquito VI - twice the spitfire, four times the ENY.

There was actually a decent following in the WW1 arena, from what I recall.  Probably a bit larger then the current one in our AvA arena.

The problem with WWI was the upper wing.  You have no view forward and up, which is one of the most-used views in a dogfight.  It wasn't all that fun.

In terms of popularity in Air Warrior, which had both a Korea and a WWI arena, if the main arena attendence was 100, Korea was about a 0-1, and WWI was about a 1-2.

I'd like to see a Spanish Civil War era. Still a few bipes out there and stuff like the P-36, I-16 and such.
