do you know how long it would take to get 10,000 perkies?

to take one base?

hello.

some of the older members probly alrdy have that many perks since all u can use bomber perks on is the 234 and i RARLEY ever see 1 flying they could probly alrdy have 20,000 and wen they leave the game some of the newer players we have now will have that many..its a continuing circle

it's easy.  you just start a new category.

fighter attack bomber vehicle nuclear

nuclear starts at zero and goes up by a small amount in relation the other catagories.

or you could choose to allot attack points to the WMD section if you wanted.

whatever.

the thing is...how many people really have that many perks and how many people want to waste them on one base and how much damage could there really be if it was only one base destroyed at will by one player...

if it were in a 29 and everyone knew it would be nuclear capable they would be hunted like dogs and would have a hard time making it to target.

besides...all those guys with all of those perks probably deserve a bit of nuking the capital as a bonus for thier years of service.

Hmmm..... good point on the last one. Especially if you get a LOT of points for killing a nuke-29!

ok, trump card time.

if you drop a nuke on a base, said base becomes radioactive, making it useless to you for anything other than an artillery range. in addition, the fallout could take out many pilots in the area, not to mention the blast would kill or injure everyone within 1 sector of the blast and blind everyone out to 2 or 3 sectors. in addtition to all this rubbish, you would have to be an extremely good pilot to be able to avoid the blast you caused. and sinse you only get one drop at most every 4 or 5 years, you would not be able to practice your escape.

there, you cant argue with that.

PS
HOW COME I CANT GET NO TANG ROUND HERE? i been asking for nookie this whole thread!

yes i can.

this is a simulation of actual flight.  if the b29 was able to get away then i guess it would be able to here right?  you might have to climb for a week but....so.

it would be almost impossible to find the b-29 anyway. whoever spent THAT many perks on the bomber and nuke would climb as high as possible to keep from getting shot down and he would also be just another red dot on the map so u would never know were they were coming from or going to.

SMIDSY it would blind every1 up to nearly 5 sectors

If the historic factual creation and deployment of an atomic weapon during WW2 excludes AH from ever having the Boeing B-29 in its online arsenal then that exclusion would be truly ashame.  Totally ashame.

Whats even more shameful is any thoughtful online player coming along here and generating support for that exclusion with poor ideas as to why a B-29, one of the greatest piston engined bombers in history, should never be allowed online.

I say, remove the disgruntled player, add the plane.  In every instance!

Addink and Balmos, Do the proper thing, Bring the B-29 on board.

And while your at it, bring the P39 and P61 and EVERY OTHER deployed airplane, Allied and Axis, both combat and support...and lots more tanks and lots of other cool combat stuff.  Keep the game interesting as well as entertaining for many years to come.
