I know many AH players spend long hours playing with little or no excercise,myself included. A Hollywood buddie of mine (who shall remain nameless) turned me on to a great way to lose those extra pounds.When I bumped into Steve Segal last month he was his boyishly handsome self.So I asked ,"How do you do it?"
