Last night the final four performed.

Toby was forgettable.
Lukas was pretty good.
Dilana was good.
Magni was lacking.

Dilana probably the best last night, but with her up and downs and the emotional lack of control...I don't know if I'd want to deal with that on a daily/weekly basis.

Any ideas who's going to get the nod?

I liked Lukas at the beginning of the series. But for the last couple of weeks he's been singing about his mother "making his head spin." I find that little creepy. Yet Tommy Lee keeps giving him the eye- I find that even creepier :)

OK tonight is the finale.  Who's going to win?

My guess is Toby.

Magni has been the most consistent but he just doesn't seem hard rock enough.

Dilana is hard rock but she would be nothing but problems for them.

Lukas is one step from coming out of the closet. What's with that Mom song? Did he get some extra care from Mommy growing up? brrrrr!

Magni would be good off with the houseband. Just spotted him playing in one of the songs.
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

OMG!

What a bunch of idiots!

Lukas?!

They chose Lukas?!

Be sure to right down the name Supernova because I'm sure you won't be seeing them on any charts.

Their name won't be Supernova because they just lost in court about the rights to that name. Meganova maybe :huh
Anyway, Yesterday was interesting, especially when Dilana went flat in the Cranberries song. And all the drama....what happened to her torn calf muscle? Did it heal in a week?
To my mixed pleasure Magni didn't get in, and to my surprize, Lukas did.
And as a bonus, Magni joined in the final song. And AFAIK, the tour will be the houseband warming up, #####nova, and then Navarro's band sometimes as well. Dilana will hop on for 6 weeks I think, and so will Magni (from January). Hehe, he should front the Houseband.

With his little makeup face, Lukas would be a shoe in for a glam band like "Poison".

But with these guys?

Ehhh

Navarro kind of read my mind about Magni...he was always bouncing around with the lead guitarist...not really leading.  I liked Magni better than the rest...I was a fan of Toby...but his White Wedding rendition was lacking.

Well, Lukas won. Magni was supposed to front the Houseband and they were supposed to be the warm-up band but not any more.
The warm-up band will be Toby with his band.
There are rumours of Magni ,Storm and Dilana crewing up with the houseband and same source sais they're playing in Reykjavík on Dec 1st.
Dilana has already been in Iceland and played 4 concerts with Magni and his band. They mostly did songs they had in the contest.
It was good! Saw it on TV yesterday.

I miss the old days when a band or singing person would have to fight their way up and you would prolly only have to hear them and about them AFTER they made it.

Im not sure about how it is elsewere, but here you cant really get rid of all these people that either win or finish top 10 in these "talent shows". They end up littering some tv shows or whatnot FOREVER ...

There...the day has a much better start when you can get some crap out of your system.

:D

FWIW, I was listening to Pandora the other day and a song came up called Fallen Angel. The voice was familiar but the band name was not. It was "Sister Seven" and after a quick google I discovered that the lead singer was Patrice Pike.

This is stuff she did before Rockstar SN.

You can download the entire "Wrestling over Tiny Matters" album at the Sister Seven website.
