Stall Characteristics

What happened to the flight models and stall characteristics?  I can't even spin anymore.  :(   I had just played IL2 with a friend and then invited him to play AH2.  We were both disappointed to find the flight models changed.  Will the realistic models come back?

You're kidding right? Take up a SpitV, get it slow and start pulling hard in turns and stuff, I got my Spit into a nasty spin today.

Haven't seen the slightest difference in aircraft FMs since the last major update (except for a few minor corrections they made afterward).  I also haven't seen anything from HT that says there were any changes to the FMs with the new arenas.

Wierd, I go full scale deflection with full rudder and just get a horn.  I fly the 190.  It used to stall with any amount of agression, but now it just turns with the horn sounding.  I can't even get a buffet.

check to see if your stall limiter is on. Its in the same area were you turn on and off "tracers", "auto trim" and other settings.

Fugitive might be right, it does sound a little bit like having the stall limiter on but you should still be able to stall the plane.  You could also check your stick calibration to make sure you're really getting full control authority, especially since you had been playing IL2...maybe something changed with your settings between games.

Ok, you were right.  For some reason the stall limiter got set.  Thanks for the help :)
