Could you post your computer specifications, please? What kind of a CPU, what video card, how much memory... Thank you.

If you are running an anti-virus program, try shutting it down to see if it is causing the problem.  The cache generation is just data being written to files.

Posting your computer specs will help as well.

Like Skuzzy said, first thing I'd do is make sure the antivirus is turned off.

Once you do that, go to the Aces High folder on your hard drive (My Computer, C drive, Program Files, HTC, Aces High II) and find the folder named cache.  Delete it.

Now try to log in.  If it still refuses to work for you, when you restart the game go first to video setup and change your max texture size to a smaller number (i.e. if it is set to 1024, set it to 512, if its set to 512, set it to 256).

Ok ive turned off Xfire, Weather Desktop thing, and all my Firewalls. Still it just randomly stops while its downloading the plane Cache's. So ive started 2 take the plane skins already downloaded from the game, put it in a seperate folder, uninstall the game....re-install the game and then put those plane skins back in. It kinda works but ive restarted my computer 15 times  today because its just frozen during  the plane cache loading >_<. I just dont know wat to do.

is it crashing when its loading the skins cache? With the small amount of ram you have you shouldn't be pre-loading skins at all. Delete your video8. cfg file in the settings folder and re start the game. This will bring up the video setting screen again. In the video settings, make sure the Pre-Load skins is UNchecked, and I would even try setting the texture to 256 first, maybe even 128 just to see how it runs on your system. You can alway pump it up later if your running good.
