A favor needed, Please!!

I use the "Bore_Red_White" gun site.  I would like to have it altered and customized by anyone who would be kind enough and has time to do this for me.
I have no knowledge or experience in any graffic manipulations so I am at a loss unless someone would be willing to do this for me.  I hope this can be done somehow!

It would be nice to have it enlarged by 33%,

A solid colour of a "bright orange ( such as International orange) to attract my eyes attention immediately,

and lastly make it "transparent" so that it can be easily seen thru for GV's and/or Aircraft.

I would be very grateful if someone would be willing to take on this project.

Thanks for the Post Kazaa and yes I have seen most if not all of the gunsites posted on AH's BBS.

The one I have chose and prefer is nothing more than a circle or round image (if you will) coloured white and bordered with red.  The total size of it is about 1/8" to about 3/16" if displayed on a monitor screeen of 1280x1024 resolution.

Nevertheless, I do appreciate your relpy. It has been the only one I have received.  I was hoping one of the fella's that do "skinning" could alter and customize it for me.

Its a Bitmap image of 128x128 and is 17.0KB size.
