Help finding certain ram
« on: August 28, 2006, 12:40:55 PM »
So I already have a gig of this stuff, I want another.

Corsair TWINX1024-3200XLPRO 1GB Kit DDR400 XMS3200 Xtra-Low Latency Dual-Channel ProSeries Memory w/Heat Spreader Retail

Bought it at zipzoomfly and they've been out for a year.
Newegg doesn't have it.

Can you guys check your favorite retialers for me please? I can't find it anywhere online it seems.

Can't seem to find it in the US. Here's a UK site.
http://www.pcupgrade.co.uk/productdetails.asp?ProductID=586&categoryid=142

What's the difference between the PRO and XLPRO? Here's the "PRO"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145504

Here's the "LLPRO"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145029

I can't find anything else. I'd try to find something with the same timings, but that wasn't the exact same model number.

hey thanks. I haven't a clue what the difference is and I'm reluctant to find out , this fancy ram is soo picky.  Maybe I'll ask on the corsair forum.  They are so rude though.

At least they don't take a life's history to make you sign up for their forum, like ASUS does. I'm pretty sure ASUS requires a Top Secret background check before they allow you to post on theirs.
