Decatur resident Glen Welsh, 78, carded his first ever hole-in-one last Friday at the Decatur Golf Club. He connected from 145 yards out on hole No. 16 using a 9-iron. His first hole-in-one took awhile to achieve, but he wasted no time getting his second ace yesterday, also in Decatur. The rare feat came on hole No. 2 using a driving iron from 151 yards out.
